    Organizations facing challenges or crises, such as wars, pandemics, natural disasters, or economic recessions, are also eligible for support through this grant. By providing necessary funds, the PCH seeks to stabilize households, uplift communities, and ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive the aid they need to navigate difficult times.
